Stardust is a VST plug-in that is designed for channel processing as well as mastering. Audio is processed through 5 stages :
Bass Enhancer
Bass frequencies are enhanced around the selected frequency, with Q and gain control, then rotated in a 200Hz selectable pole rotator (0-off to 8 poles).
Treble Enhancer
Treble frequencies are enhanced around the selected frequency, with Q and gain control, then rotated in a 10 kHz selectable pole rotator (0-off to 8 poles).

Stereo Enhancer
The stereo image is enhanced and applied with the specified delay.

Multi-Band Compressor
8-Band Multi-Band compression is applied to audio, global compression parameters can be specified.

Wideband Compressor
Analog-like wideband compressor.

Detailed Monitoring
Every stage has a scalable VU meter or oscilloscope.

Input/Output and Precision
Stardust is a VST2 plug-in that has 1 32-bit input pair and 1 32-bit output pair. Internal calculation precision is 64-bit. Stardust can handle rates up to 192 kHz.

It sounds good, but in my experience I found that plugins that try to do too much like this, especially freeware stuff, don't sound that great and are cpu hogs. But being that it's free I'll give it a try. I tend to favor Waves plugins for most things. Thanks for the post.

Yeah once you have mixed it down. I'm by no means a ME but I have been playing with it and you can get good results.

BE careful with the compression though.
