Hey peeps, I recently switched from Sonar 4 to Adobe Audition 2.0 for my mixing and recording vocals and have sort of a newb question. Is there a "Snap to Grid" function in Audition? In Sonar and FL Studio, you can select how you want the clips to move in the tracks window. I wanted to cut and paste a hook and it was kinda a pain in the butt to get it back on beat b/c Audition moves rather smoothly instead of by beat/bar or any fraction of musical time.

yes there is a function like that i forgot how its called like i dont have it installed anymore.its in the view or options menu.
I'll have to check those menus when I get back to the crib. the other programs have a toolbar that allow you to adjust on the fly. i use it quite frequently in FL to adjust placement of samples, beats and whatnot... hope there is a way to place this view in clear site in Audition...
