Okay, when selling beats, how do you go about doing it? Do you put several beats on one cd and sell it. Play individual beats for a customer, or just give them a beat? And what prices do you say are suitable?

The best way to go is to get a good manager, they will go places you never can, but this is only if your very serious about your music, no micky mouse shit

People usually here a song I did with someone or have heard my beats before, and they send me an email saying they'd like to do some work together.

So, you can start playing them shit from your catalog, or make something new for em.

Make sure you discuss payment FIRST.

I usually have MCs come to the lab, have a seat, play like 10 beats and let em pick one.

Then I take the cash, and buy some dinner.

make beat cds wit like 10 trax on it and start passin um out.....to people that are serious or people that can give your beats to Real artists or Labels..... and if you dont got copyrights for your beats i suggest you get them or when you make the beat cd put only like a 45-50 second sample on the cd so you dont get your ideas robbed...
