Reason+1000k=Latency

I am using reason for it's refills to sequence in my mpc1k. I have latency though, no matter how on beat I play my midi controller it is always an 1/8 second behind. I really noticed this on the 1st kick of the bars as it loops, The kick always sounds an instant before the note from reason/midicontroller. Does anyone have a clue to fix this?

I have a Creative Audigy 2 that supports ASIO with updated drivers. Do I change the latency from 50 to something else? I tried 60 an 40 but they both have delay as-well.:cuss:
