I'll start with "I'm not really a trap fan"
That being said, there are some cool melodies, sound design, and textures here. Leading with that glide bass is a great way to get the listener hooked.
That echo texture that comes in at 0:14 is super cool. Nice mix decision to pan it. Would be cool if it had a stereo echo (just my opinion).
My only dislike is that pad sound that comes in around 0:42 - It sounds a bit too dry and flat in the mix. Otherwise, I quite liked this.

I like the overall beat and what ever those sounds are you’ve added. I can hear the vibe fitting the name ‘OUTCRY’. Some samples sound familiar to some of my own recent stuff. Love the vibe to this, nice work!
