Off Beat Flows Hot or Nah

Been hearing some of these new artists getting on with these "off beat" flows. Tayk or Blueface ect..Not just those guys or any rappers specifically. It feels like a trend is starting. I just want to know how the music heads feel about it. Some of it is fly to me, but some of it seems like they need to punch in and re-spit a couple lines. Idk

@Silq_Magno it's a trend to new artists 'cause they ain't grow up hearing how to properly engage w/the beat e.g. rappers are to rap w/the beat not over the beat as the voice is an instrument.
