my song in a movie

the independent movie producer that is using my song in his latest movie called me last night and said that he is going to make a soundtrack with the songs from the movie and use it for a promotional tool. he is going to get the songs profesionally mastered and put on cd. each producer will get a copy of the mastered cd with the cover art to do with it what they like. he also said that he wants to start shooting music videos and considered me and my artists for the first shoot. its not definite yet if he is going to do it, but if he does decide to do it he will notify me.
