I may have posted this before, I can't remember, but anyways, keep a lookout for modern soul/r&b/funk, there's some great stuff that you would think was from the 60's or 70's... I've collected a large portion of singles off the Daptone label and its subsidiaries. Great great stuff. Here's a music video by a guy Charles Bradley. Amazing song + video!

The artist below has recently signed with Motown France, has that bubble gum / fake oldie vibe lol, he's def above average among mainstream singers tho.

haha when I saw modern soul I had to ask myself "Is there any?" beyond anthony hamilton, I see that there is . I like it.
