Waves is probably the most expensive mastering plugins available but is regarded as one of THEE BEST! They have bundles which include most of the tools you would find at a mastering house but in the software version. The plugins sound real good, there are demos you can check out on the site.

Steinberg Mastering Edition is another that comes to mind

Hey Fade - I jus got Ozone, but im not sure if its helping me as much as i want it to yet...my assumption is cuz i still need to learn how to use it better. Do you like any presets in that plugin or do you jus work off scratch everytime and turn knobs? Thats what i did at first and then i started experimenting with tha presets and altering slightly. I thought alot of tha presets were pretty dangerous for tha speakers though and so i think i need more time getting used to how to use tha compressor etc.???

Whats your favorite thing about Ozone too?

Well what I did the first time I was trying to mixdown a bunch of beats to put on a CD, I just played with the General default setting. I know what you mean, there's quite a few presets that are overwhelming.

Anyway, I played around until I found the right sound for me and then just saved that as a custom preset.

Right now though, the computer I have can't really handle Ozone too well so I haven't messed with it much lately. And the fucked up thing is that the custom setting I had was on my old computer, so I lost the preset! Arrrgghhhh.

Bottom line: Start off with the normal default and start turning knobs and moving sliders. It's a very good program.

yo you want a decent software package for mastering then check out (IK MULTIMEDIA`S T-RACKS) it`s a stand alone mastering suite. this baby got it all. presets for vintage mastering and the whole 9. it comes with para eq, compressor, limiter, stereo enhancing. it takes snapshots of your settings. it has a very impressive gui with tubes mounted at the very top. you can change the skins as well. if i was just starting out in this game that would be my first choice for mastering. on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, i rate this as an 8.

as Fade & nas2000xl stated, you should give T-Racks a try...
it's the best mastering package out there imo...
i'd give it a 9.5 out of 10.
