before i found this site I was not a computer guy at all.. growinup Ive always into sports and girls and other shit.. it kinda thought that the net was for nerds..but now that ive learned what the net has to offer in terms of networking, showcasing, digging and learning about all these software programs and soundclicks, algorythims, compressors, limiters, midi, processes...etc... im just a fucin nerd in an athletes body..lol.... ive become ten times smarter with computers and am learning how to use the net to my advantage in ordinary life as well as music.....thanks ILLMUZIK!!!!!

lol...i feel ya..i always been a computer nerd though..lol..i think i was hiding my nerdyness behind the athletics..now i wouldnt have it n e other way, its one thing to leave people in aww with the athletic thing, i been there, its kool, and its another thing to see dime peice girls dancing to you ish, which i like a lot better! music and computers is my life..lol

Shit!....I remember when my pops had a COMMODOR 64...thats an AMIGA computer - one of tha first dinosaurs of graphic processesing.

He had a couple old school animation prgms....basically animated/keyframe/type gif oriented - and i would make little movies on that shit when i was only like 10 or 13?LOL.
That shit was fun as hell to me.LOL.......I remember this one movie i made...It had a guy running and then he swung across this canyon on a rope.LOL. I didnt even really think about how much it was going to effect me back then - i was just passin time and entertaining myself.

Now it seems like all i do also is sit in front of tha screen and use my computer!
Though, im happy i do cuz before that i use to skateboard all tha time and cause trouble, and watch tv too much an shit!LOL.
Now, instead of watchin TV i make things on tha computer - which iz pretty ill too since im highly more PRODUCTIVE than i was just vegin' out in front of tha tube.


Good thread - made me remember tha old ass Amiga 64!LOL.

i was an athlete like you too Holmzini now i spend hella hours infront of the pc screen. i always thought computers were for nerds too but now i know that they are one of the best sources for knowledge of any kind. you can find 10 times as much info on the net than you can at school........and everyone knows that knowledge is power.
