I Need To Copyright Asap...help!!!!!!!!

OK OK, i know there has been a ton of threads containing copyright info....but i m at work so need to be fast................here's my deal...............i have about 14 finshed tracks about 1-3 minutes long............i really want to send them out to a producer i have in mind.........basically he is looking for new talent and i want him to hear my shit.............problem is none of the 14 tracks are copyrighted.................now i dont want him to like, say, 3 of the tracks and then go loop my 4 bar sequence and add shit then make it his own song and steal my hard work.................what do it do????..................do i send myself a copy of the cd with the tracks on them as the "poor man's copyright" (which i hear doesnt work anymore)......or do i go to these site that charge 140 bucks to get your tracks copyrighted (i went to google and searched under-copyright)........................and how do i do it................do i put all 14 tracks side by side with no break so it sounds like one track with the different songs in it...............or do i copyright a whole cd with all 14 tracks on it (just wondering if you get charged per cd or per track)...................any help with be great thanks....incog

copyight charge is $30 bucks dude ..make sure its thrugh the official us copywright office .. make a data cd .. put as many clips or songs as u can fit and call it incogneeto bangin beats and send it off .. the moment it leaves ur house its copyrighted .. www.copyright.gov/forms/

put all those tracks on a cd...fill out the copyright application form, u can get that off the internet.. send all of that in with however much the fee is, im pretty sure its still like 35$ and ull be straight....
