how to export midi data in channels from fl studio to cubase?

i want to export some fl studio tracks to cubase.how do i export the midi data from the channels into cubase channels? i mean i dont wanna play all that shit again.i just wanna copy that u know.is there a way?

save as midi file-type 1, it will save midi on seperate channels. The standard midi file will store all data onto 1 channel.

or rewire FL with Cubase and voila, you`ve got all the tracks in cubase and you can do the mixing...If you do not know how to do it let me know, I`ll look for some tut for ya...
