a dat. file, cuz this one lady that I was gonna work with said, we need to convert our songs to dat, i heard of it but don't have much knowledge on it.

a dat is a Digital Audio Tape. its not a file type. you'll need a dat tape deck to record your stuff on. pretty much any studio should a dat deck.

if thats what she was talking about. i know there are .dat files but those are data files used by windows i think
