Get rid of MIDI Latency with Tascam US-144 MK2

Yo, so Im making music with my MIDI keyboard, FL Studio 10, PC with duo core and 2.5GB of RAM and Tascam US-14 MK2 interface.

When I make beatz I like to have my buffer size set to 2048 samples for smooth working, but it gets latency to 47ms.
So when I want to record something via MIDI keyboard I set it to 512 samples what gives me 12ms of latency but it gives me lags.

My question is can I get some PCI card that will allow me to make music on 2048 Samples Buffer Size with at least 12ms latency (can be lower) while still using Tascam because it has phantom etc.?

with my audiophile 192 card I could get 5ms latency even when running at a full 192 kbps.
They shouldnt be too expensive, mine is a few years old. You could use the audiophile card for output and the tascam for input.

is fl set to use the tascam asio driver? If not thats probably why you are having issues.
