Gates in Cool Edit

yo im pretty sure there is a gate effect in cool edit 2.O , does anyone know where it is cause ive looked everywhere, help a brother out, peace

I think it's Effects > Amplitude > Dynamic Processing. Is that what you're looking for? You could also get your hands on some good plugins...
