i use fl n reason rewired .. i could never control rex from within fl studio and would have to draw the notes in the reason playlist ... ive discovered if u want to control rex from within fl first you open reason and install rex .. find the loop u want and send to track .. then export midi and save however u want .. close reason .. open fl and rewire reason then open dr rex .. using midi out in fl alocate rex to its own channel .. load up your sample in rex .. in fl select the channel allocated to rex and send to piano roll .. then import the midi file u exported from reason into the piano roll ... now u can control/draw the loop in fl playlist
