adjust the settings on your vocoder

I use acid pro and you can just insert a bus on it and choose the effect u want like resonance filter or flange etc. then raise the volume of it on the hook or wotever and i am sorted

Vocoder or vcs3 ( but not very likely to have around ), orange vocoder is a nice plug for a typical vocoder, granularlab is fun too.
