How do yall handle sellin beats to people for demos? I mean so you sell them, lease them or what? Or does using new beats for demos seem impractical and it would be easier to use beats that are already out there and hot?

Sellem new beats. charge em one price and have a clause that if it appears on any album that is being sold, you will take a percentage. say 20 percent. so if you end up with 1 beat on their album, and there album has 10 songs then you have produced 10 percent of there album. you get 20 percent of of the profit on that 10 percent. so you make 2 percent of there total profits.
as per the demo. charge em 50-100 bucks. unless the beat is ultra hot. then charge more. if there doin a demo then they should want the tightest shit. cause the whole point of a demo is to impress people. re-enforce that into the artists mind. you want to blow up?? spend the doe and get the hot shiz.
