Could someone point me to the proper cartridge for this turntable?

So I had this old turntable laying around. It's missing the cartridge. Well now that I've got back into production I wanna start crate digging and getting vinyl samples on to my computer.

It's a Dual CS 258.. made in the early eighties. I found a website with some specs on it.
http://www.compassnet.com/concept/tables/CS528.htm

It says it accepts cartridges with 1/2" mounts that weigh 4.5-10 grams. With an overhang of 5mm.

What's a real cheap cartridge that will work for this and suffice for sampling? All i'm going to be doing on it is sampling, I couldn't scratch on it anyways cause it's belt drive.

Also, can anyone point out some cheap preamps that'll work with it? It just has plain old Red and White RCA Phono plugs.

That type of table uses those old school universal cartridges... you can get them at Circuit City, or Radio Shack or something.

Hell though, if you looking to get some, I got a cartridge AND a preamp... I'll sell you both for $50. A new cartridge alone will run you like $30, plus preamps run like $30-$100, depending on the quality.
