How to connect an S950

I know people are gonna tell me to read the manual and i have a 1000 times and i still dont get how im supposed to get this shit hooked up so i can record samples off my turntable and hear them being played back and then put them onto my PC


I went to my local music store and the guy sold me cables that should have done the trick but it still dont work and i think he sold me the wrong shit.

what type of RCA cables i need?

id appreciate anyone that can help me out

Hey man i had an s950 about 4 years back but, the key is sort of like this, you need to remember the location you put the sample into and then you need to make sure that the volume of the sample is turned all the way up....but hopefully you know someone that has one....its hard for me to explain it without saying read the manual though....that is a nice sampler, but its a thinking producers sampler...you have to commit a lot of steps to memory for a single outcome almost.

u should have a mic and a line input in the front of the 950... 1/4" jacks... not RCA... unless u need RCA on the other end of the cable for ur turntable.... everything for recording is in the front.

Der ya go oh and when i said location you put the sample into i mean logical location bank etc...thats what i mean...the manual is money
