I think there should be patches in reason for that, if not, I think you can set up your own patches manually.

I have the UF5 and its just another midi keyboard so it operates in the same manner as any other midi controller with reason - so your answer is "yes", it does work with reason. THe keys feel real nice especially for the price and the keyboards got an expandable board in the back too if you want firewire someday, however i wouldnt bother since usb 2 is fine.
