chopping up samples

yo, im just try-n to see what everyone uses to chop up samples,, do u guys use recycle? loop player? nn19?

Recycle the sample. Then throw it into the NNXT for tweekin. To each his own.

I've just started using recycle and like it. One thing I've learned is instead of using the sensitivity slider to cut up samples use the draw sample tool. If you do end up using the sensitivity slider use the lock clips tool with it to keep the ones that you like incase you still one to add more auto chops. Another thing I just figured out is once you import the samples into the NN-XT you can tweak it even more by setting start and end points of each sample. This is a lifesaver for me because I can never seem to get the damn chops chopped right in recycle no matter how I try. Am very much a rookie to reason and recycle but this is just some stuff I came across while messing around. Peace
