i just started making beats with my mpc2000xl,
and i need a cd recorder, im tried of recording to tape,
on my boom box,
what do yall recomend?

how are these?

philips cdr-775??

any good?,

ps. i aint got that much cash,
so something under 200.00 dollers if possible,

Well I don't have any experience with stand-alone CD recorders, but both those look very good. If you're looking for something under $200, then it would probably have to be used or a low-cost brand.

As long as you stick with a good name brand, they basically all do the same thing, except some have extra features that you might not need.
