Any synth users?

I imagine most of u folks r rocking an MPC but i wanna know if anyone uses a synth in their production setup.
Cause I've been thinking about picking up the Novation K-station to add some more bass tones, organs and abstract ambient effects to my music.
So i need to know if this machine works in the context of hip hop muisc?

Any thoughts?

I use a yamaha W7. its the shit. MPC's are dope but to get that real music feel you need to either have some dope creative samples or use a synth. now thats only my opinion but I think people always will apreciate some live keys even if they dont know what exactly their listing too

I use a Korg MS2000R; it adds a different flavour to my music. I don’t use it all the time but you can get creative with these things. I think of it as another tool in the arsenal.

I work with the Proteus 1000 but I use it more as a Sound Modul then as a synth...
