Am I the only one who thinks he isn't that good?

I think he does have some bangers in his arsenal...but I don't see how people praise him and suck him off so much......

I think if he didn't say he used FL Studio and just used an MPC...he wouldn't have gotten the fame he has.....

Not that I'm hating, it's just my personal opinion.....

Naw, im with you on that Sucio.....just my personal opinion as well, but yea....Dude is nice on some joints but Ive never got turned onto anything enough to become a fan. Props to him for doin his thing though.

Remember its not about being "good" its about your natural hustle and ambition, Sure there are plenty of bedroom producers that are better beatmakers then him But how many have the grind and persistence to record and produce 3 albums with a hip hop group and shop tracks to various other artists. 99% of so called producers have no idea how to actually produce, they just sit behind a machine and press buttons. Bassically they just wanna make beats all day and hand them off to somebody else so they can do the "real work"

I'll say this again Making beats is easy as hell, anybody can make a hot beat.
but writing arranging song and working with other artist's is on an entire project is where the real talent is. 9th should get props for this, he has done entire ALBUMS with

Jean Grey
David banner
And various mixtapes.

Im not sure if he's using FL Studio anymore, but I've seen a few vids where he's switched over to the mpc2500 now.

Jay gave him his big break and he ran with it, by that I mean he kept working and getting placements. Jay seems to always put 1 or 2 lesser know producers on his albums, and 9th is the only one who used its as a stepping stone to get on other major acts albums.
