I don't really like the article... if it hadn't been those guys, it would have been somebody else. They may have consequently shifted the direction of the music, but that shit happens in all music. I don't get the whole deal with the skits either. Just skip em if you don't like em!

yeah, its the writers opinion and i dont agree about what ruined what here, it pretty randm imo.

And yeah.. the skits.. seriously, he doesnt even link to prince paul which probably his trademark and not de la's. Obviously the writer hasnt listened to prince among thieves to realise its part of the concept to produce such albums (which are all classics).
