    hissing sound

    i'm using fruity loops to make the beat and i'm exporting the beat into wavepad, but everytime i play the beat in wavepad i get this hissing sound. the volume is not loud and it's perfectly clear when i play it in fl. how can i get this problem fixed? thanks
