Question About Licenses
Recently, I have been preparing my agreements. I will not put my beats on a beat selling website, I will do that with my own. Also I do not live in the USA. I wonder will those agreements be valid if I use them with licensee? I think they won't be protected by law, but is there any general... -

I don't have money, that's the reason I didn't buy the software. If I will have, I will definitely buy it. But it's something I love and I want to sell a few of them. -

Will I have an exclusive license for my beats when I export it through my DAW as long as I keep the flp file although I pirated the software? Because I just checked Content ID application form, it says "How many copyrights do you exclusively control?". -
