yo i understand that tha "tipsy" beat was made to shake asses in the club, but its just they didnt just take the neptunes style of makin beats....they took tha actual beat and then added the rise from "roc the mic". Both Just Blaze and The Neptunes should get royalties off of it. Thats like me...- J Rilla
