Most instrumentals you hear aren't that "good" when they're just beats. I think his beats are dope, because they fit well with the artist who performs on it, which makes the beat better. Of course the opposite happens as well...the beat makes the artist sound better. But it's the combination... -

Pay for a keyboard? or Midi?
Great VST for FL studio = Nexus Kontakt with all its instrumental goodness.....EastWest has some good shit... You could get a good midi controller...then get a rack for the keyboard you wanted at a fraction of the cost.... The Korg M3 rack is dope, because it comes with it's own... -
