    Not true, there's still plenty of full blooded aboriginals out there, (not as many as there was before 1788 though). What you're thinking of is the last full blooded Tasmanian aboriginal. Her name was Truganini and she died in 1909. Pretty shameful part of my country's history.

    There is a plug-in called "Dub Siren" that produces siren sounds. I don't know how similar they are to the sound you want but it's a free download so it's worth checking out anyway. Just google it, should be easy to find.
