How Many Heads Here Have Worked With Industry MCs?
I put out a cd four years ago on my record label and I had Bun-B feature on the lead single. I also was under the same managment company as Bushwick Bill when he took his hiatus from Rap-A-Lot for a few years. I have audicity and actually pulled off my first sample this week dumping a Jacskson Five loop into the nn-xt. It works wonderfully. I guess I was checkin on all the extras each program obviously offers since people would rather buy them versus using a free program like audacity. Just not sure...- bluchippa5

how productive are you with beatmaking?
Its like a grove I have to get into. I find my beats come in lots. I'll get into a mode where everything I make is on point. My best beats just come to me naturally meaning I have the basic elements of the song down in 30-45 min. and I can tell if its bangin or not, then I move on to another...- bluchippa5

I've read the specs on both, and from viewing various forums, it seems soundforge comes up more often than Audition(cool edit pro) does. I use reason 2.5 and ableton live 4 on occasion when working with my production partner. Just trying to find which program is good for phrase sampling to dump...- bluchippa5
