Christopher Hitchens vs Mos Def two of my most favorite people WOW

Ah shit. Let me break some ish down. We live in a country,,,no a World where the biggest weapon against mankind is FEAR. Hands down. With that being said, what caught my attention was the Guantanamo remark about letting them go and then they go back to the Taliban. Now if that isn't a fear...

How ASCAP Takes Money From Successful Indie Artists And Gives It To Giant Rock Stars

Not that I know of, and lets be real, we can't unite as a culture let alone on some business. Jay, Puff, 50,,,u can bet your life that a portion of their money goes to a white man at the edn of the day. It's the American way.

    Hip Hop Confessions

Sean Price, Rass Kass, Mos Def, Black Thought, Xhibit, KRS, Snoop. Still will give Em a listen even though I'm not as big as a fan as I used to. Q-tip's last album was really fresh. Honestly, I'm trying to be the best emcee ever, (which should be every emcee's mind set)so I focus on my music...

    Hip Hop Confessions

never though Biggie was much of a lyrical genius. His rhymes we really redundant. Pac was a dope song writer but had I was never impressed with his style. Jay was a huge factor in my early days of writing before he came out with Reasonable Doubt, after that I couldn't get into him anymore. Love...

Rick Ross needs to A&R Nas' next album

I understand u but at the same time Preem helped evolve the Hip Hop beat. He was innovative with the sample. Not sure, but I think he was the first to take many samples and put them into one song.

Getting an entire album to sound the same?

I did that once. The last trick I did was use a compressor limiter plugin with a custom saved preset. Then I added or lowered accordingly. I'm sure someone may have a better idea. Just my 2 cents

Rick Ross needs to A&R Nas' next album

agreed. Nas does need some serious help. His lyrics are too heavy for some of the trash beats he been on lately. Yo Dac,,,nice sig pic. But you need to stop touching yourself. That will reduce the hand swelling you got there......ZING!

Rick Ross needs to A&R Nas' next album

Nas needs to link up with Large Pro and Q-tip again. And can someone explain how Ross beats are so great? I'm not trying to be a dick, but I give them a fair share of listening and I can't tell the difference. Well, until the hook comes in, then I know which song because he repeats it for 8...

    Why Offer Free Work?

absolutely. Back in 94 I was supposed to ghost write for 2 cats I knew from where I grew up. They brought it to me cause one of their moms knew a exec at Epic. Epic was looking for latino rappers at the time especially since Cypress and the Beatnuts were huge then. No one got a lawyer and when...
